We’re proud of a very talented & creative team of around 70 international game developers, of which you can become a part! Our flexible working environment (remote & hybrid) enables us to adapt to our team member’s life circumstances – including the offer to relocate to Munich for everyone who’d like to live close to and work in the office. Apart from Germany, there are permanent employment options in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Finland, Poland, and Romania. We offer professional health coaching with a personal trainer (OLAO HEALTH) digitally and in person. We maintain a well-stocked library with books, movies, games, and consoles in our office. Being part of a strong family of more than 350 European game developers, we promote knowledge sharing across different companies and support this with the famous “Dev Summit,” a gathering of developers happening at least once every year.

Since we offer remote and hybrid work opportunities, we regularly invite everyone to Munich to spend time with their colleagues for a couple of days, with group workshops, social gatherings, and evening events on the agenda. Apart from these big on-site events, many smaller online events are organized within the project teams, like quiz nights or after-work gaming sessions. We also entertain the tradition of visiting Oktoberfest together, and we’re famous amongst long-time employees for throwing memorable Christmas Parties. Some employees are also known for spontaneous trips to beer gardens or barbecues near the local river on a hot summer day.
